STORY HOUR
Join us at the library every Thursday morning at 10:00 am in our children’s area for stories, songs, and crafts. Story Hour is a great place for children to gain literacy and social skills and for parents to connect with other area parents.

SUMMER LEARNING BAGS
In cooperation with Waits River Valley School, we have summer learning bags available to keep kids engaged with learning throughout the summer. The bags are full of age appropriate books and games for kids entering grades K through 5.

SUMMER READING PROGRAM
Thanks to a grant from the Vermont Department of Libraries and our other Summer Reading sponsors, we are able to offer a range of children’s programming at the library during the summertime. Past summer reading programs have included magic shows, storytelling presentations, interactive musical performances, dance programs, puppet shows, and more. We also have Summer Reading challenges to promote reading and literacy over the summer months with prizes for those completing the challenge.
