The OneCard is a project of Upper Valley Vermont libraries to allow patrons to use their library card to borrow materials from any participating library.
Where: Currently participating libraries are Norwich, Hartford, West Hartford, Quechee, Wilder, Hartland, Ascutney, Fairlee, Groton, Newbury, Wells River, Windsor, Bradford, Corinth, and Chelsea.
Who: All BML patrons qualify to be OneCard members.
How: When you sign up for a libary card at BML, you are automatically enrolled as a OneCard member. Each library has its own policies about borrowing so make sure to ask before you check out. Continue to request interlibrary loan from BML and place your holds through us.
