Art Opening, Friday, Oct. 14th 6-7:00 for Nancy Kittridge’s New Art Display at the library, titled “Pandemic Paintings.”

“When the Pandemic hit and I had some downtime…I started researching watercolor painting on the internet (remember, everything was shut down)…and so it began…Through online classes, YouTube Videos, and books, I discovered the alchemy of watercolor.  I was amazed and artistically awakened!  The magic that happened with the combinations of water, pigments, and paper had me spellbound.

My Pandemic Paintings on display run the gamut of subject matter. Light and shadows, reflections, nature, still-life, and marbles, are subjects that I find fascinating and challenging.”
Come see Nancy’s paintings and talk with her about her art and inspiration. Refreshments too!
